Obituary of Domenick Dan Mastrangelo

Domenick Dan Mastrangelo went home to be with the Lord October 18, 2016 following a brief illness. He was surrounded by his loving family. Domenick was a lifelong, active community member of Buena Borough. Following his attendance at Buena Public Schools, Domenick participated in police school and graduated in 1962 serving as a Buena Borough police officer for a period of time. After leaving the police force, Domenick obtained his CDL license and began what proved to be a lasting career as a truck driver. His love for the open road spanned over three decades. When Domenick was at home, he was an active member of Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament, Landisville Volunteer Fire and Rescue, and the Buena Borough Republican Club. Above all, Domenick loved his family. He is survived by his wife, Betty, son Domenick (Marsha) Mastrangelo of Norwood, MO; daughter, Tracy Mastrangelo (Kevin Ladd) of Vineland, NJ; daughter Julia (Lance) Madden of Buena, NJ; daughter Nicole Mastrangelo (Nicholas Hill) of Malaga, NJ. Grandchildren, Elizabeth (Tyler) Brown of Mountain Grove, MO; Domenick Joseph Mastrangelo of Norwood, MO; Lorren Mastrangelo of Norwood, MO; Rella Kulick of Vineland, NJ; Sierra Kulick of Vineland, NJ; Kaia Kulick of Vineland, NJ; Emily Madden of Buena, NJ; Nicholas Madden of Buena, NJ. One great-grandchild, Blake Brown of Mountain Grove, MO. Domenick is also survived by his aunt, Catherine Trovarelli of Millville, NJ. Step children; Gary Santoro, Georgina Santoro, Kelly Odee, Dawn Champion, Amanda Carl, and William Nelson, as well as many step grand and great grandchildren. Domenick was predeceased by his parents Nicholas and Viola (Trovarelli) Mastrangelo and his daughter, Barbara Ann Mastrangelo. A church visitation will be held on October 22, 2016 from 10:00 to 12:00 at Our Lady of Victories Church, 202 Northwest Blvd. Landisville, NJ. Arrangements are under the supervision of Rone Funeral Service, 1110 East Chestnut Ave., Vineland, NJ.
