Obituary of Richard Gerald Goldsborough Jr.

Richard G. Goldsborough, 46, a lifelong resident of Bridgeton, NJ went to be with the lord on Tuesday, November 10, 2015, and met his parents in heaven. Richard was born to Richard G. and Yvonne Goldsborough on December 11, 1968. "Richie" as he liked to be called was employed by the City of Bridgeton, and was loved by all of his co-workers, and had a heart of gold. Richie's sense of humor was beyond comparison, which was one of his greatest attributes. He enjoyed fishing, barbecuing, and listening to his favorite music, which were the good old "slow jams". Most of all, he enjoyed spending time at home with the love of his life, his wife Maggie. Although his sons, Christopher(Erica), Eddie, and Jason were not his biological sons, he would not accept otherwise. He loved spending time with his grandchildren, and spoiled them rotten when he could. Richie had many friends, of which he regarded as family as well. Richie is survived by one daughter Brittany L. Goldsborough of Vineland, sisters, Teresa Goldsborough of Bridgeton, Catina Goldsborough of Vineland, and Valerie Goldsborough of Salem County. Richie is also survived by many nieces, and nephews, but had a special relationship with Brandon, Taleena, and ShaYvonne. Also left to cherish memories are Linda Ramos (sister-in-law) of Vineland, Rosemarie (Irving) Valentine (sister- and -brother -in law) of Delaware, Santos Ramos (father-in-law), and many uncles, aunts, and cousins. Preceded in death by Antonia Ramos (mother-in-law), Richard G. Goldsborough (father), Yvonne E. Goldsborough (mother), and Santos Ramos Jr. (brother- in -law)
