Obituary of Michael R. Johnson

Michael R. Johnson, 49, of Pittsgrove Township, NJ passed away at home Sunday, November 8, 2015, Born in Vineland, he was a lifelong area resident. Michael was a 1984 graduate of St. Augustine Prep and attended Rutgers University. He was a salesman with area industrial sand companies for over 20 years. He enjoyed traveling, golfing, skiing and being with family and friends. Michael especially enjoyed playing board games with his children. He will be greatly missed for his sense of humor. He is survived by wife of 20 1/2 years, Pamela (Polizzi) Johnson; son , Zachary Michael Johnson; daughter, Heather Lori Johnson; father & mother, Ronald and Connie (Williams) Johnson; sister and her husband, Michele (Johnson) and Michael Derr; father-in-law and mother -in-law, Phil and Mary Polizzi; sister-in-law & brother-in-law, Denise (Garvey) and Jeff Polizzi; nephew , Michael Derr; nephew , Kenny Ingemi Jr.; niece, Karisa Ingemi; predeceased sister, Lori Johnson; predeceased brother-in-law, Philip Polizzi. A funeral home visitation will be held on Wednesday from 9:30am to 11:30am at Rone Funeral Service, 1110 East Chestnut Avenue, Vineland, NJ. A Funeral Service will be held at 12:30pm from St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 301 North 2nd Street, Millville. Interment will follow in Greenwood Memorial Park, Millville.
