Obituary of Rose Marie Cappuccio

Rose Marie (Bruno) Cappuccio, 69 passed away December 2, 2006 after a long and courageous battle with Lung Cancer. Rose was born in 1937 to Maria (Zoppoli) and Salvatore Bruno. She attended Sacred Heart High School and graduated in 1955 and attended a two-year college in Philadelphia where she received a degree as a Medical Tech. Rose was employed by Vineland Labs in the early 1960's. She then joined her husband and father in the family business; Bruno Cheese. Later, Rose and Joe started a pasta manufacturing business; Casa Maid. Rose worked until 1990, then began her battle with lung cancer- beating all the odds and surviving for sixteen years. Rose leaves behind her sole mate of 48 years, husband Joseph Cappuccio as well as a son, Steven of Washington D.C. a daughter Alson and her husband Anthony Trovarelli of Vineland and two Grandsons A.J. and Vincent Trovarelli. Also surviving are her brother F. Benito Bruno of New York and sister Anna and her husband John Bauman of Pittsgrove. A member of St. Isidore's Parish, Rose was loving and devoted wife, a wonderful mother and grandmother. She enjoyed spending time with her family and was a strong believer in keeping the family together. She had a very loving and generous heart. Her favorite pass time was baking, entertaining friends and caring for her plants and flowers, which made home a warm oasis of comfort and happiness for family and friends. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 9 to 11 am A Funeral Liturgy will be held Tuesday at 11:00 am from Rone Funeral Service, 1110 East Chestnut Avenue, Vineland. Interment will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Vineland.
