Vincent "Bob" Pasquale, 80, of Vineland, passed away on Wednesday, March 3, 2010. He attended Vineland schools and was a veteran of the Korean War with an Honorable Discharge from the U.S. Air Force. Bob worked for Air Work in Millville and Owens Illinois, Kimble Division before becoming an officer with the Vineland Police Department for 30 years. He retired as a sergeant. He enjoyed hunting, going to the casinos, raising turkeys and chickens, traveling to Florida, horseback riding, antiques, yard work, and going to flee markets. He was a member of the American Legion and Bobby B. Hunting Club
He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Mary (Smaniotto) Pasquale, of Vineland; daughter, Lisa Schau, of Ocala, FL; step-son, Steve Laury, of Ocala, FL; brother, Nick Pasquale, of Vineland; sister, Catherine Asselta, of Vineland; grandsons, Michael & Steve Schau, of Ocala, FL; sisters-in-law, Rita, Lee, Joan E., Lucille and Joan Smaniotto; brothers-in-law, Joseph and John Smaniotto. Bob is survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his brother Donald Pasquale and sister Janice. A church visitation will be held on Friday from 9am-11am. followed by a Funeral Liturgy at 11:15 am from St. Padre Pio Parish - Church Of Our Lady Of Pompeii, 4680 Dante Avenue, Vineland. Interment will follow in Our Lady Of Pompeii Cemetery.
